Behaviour management – processes and policy reviews as per National Safe Schools Framework. Leadership of Schoolwide Positive Behaviour management at a school level. Problem solving discussions with administrators.

Systemic Functional Grammar – Review of Units of Work to embed grammar teaching at appropriate year levels. Working with whole school staffs to create a Scope and Sequence to implement the teaching of Functional Grammar throughout P - 7.
